Meet Kara Hayes...

Kara earned her Doctorate Degree in Natural Health from Clayton College of Natural Health.  With a doctorate degree in natural healing practices Kara strives to educate and empower her clients with the most up to date research based information in nutrition, herbs, vitamins, detoxification, and body composition through iridology, homeopathy, and mind/body techniques.

Kara also earned her certification in Iridology Studies.  Her Iridology foundation is based on the practices of Drs. Bernard Jensen and Ellen Tart-Jensen.  As a member of IIPA, International Iridology Practitioner Association, Kara supports and contributes to the unified, ethical, and professional practices of all iridologists.  It is important to note the collaboration of information from outstanding Iridology professionals throughout the world which allows for the progression of this incredible science.   The scientific practices of iridology and sclerology provide her with the most accurate, quick, non-invasive techniques to evaluate your whole body ~ all through two exceptionally intricate parts of your body (your irises), that are each smaller than a dime!

Kara offers individual and group instruction and support.   She strives to offer the best services to help you change and live the lifestyle you want.  The lifestyle to promote your greatest physical, emotional, and mental health potential.  Although she believes disease prevention is always the best choice, Kara has extensive experience in assisting clients with such issues as:  addictions, allergies, anxiety, blood sugar imbalances, depression, fatigue syndromes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, hormonal imbalances, intestinal disturbances, skin issues, toxicity.

Kara is married with two young children.  As a family they enjoy their peaceful, private home in Farmington, New Hampshire and spend as much time in nature as possible.  Kara grew up in the White Mountains and continues to enjoy the people and places of New England.  If she and her family are not hiking, vacationing, camping or playing you will probably find her gardening, reading, preparing healthy meals, scrapbooking, or creating jewelry.  In September of 2007 Kara will begin her two year study of nursing at New Hampshire Community Technical College, Stratham which will allow her to offer her clients an integrative, balanced approach to their care.  At the same time her oldest child, Jarrett, will embark on his scholastic journey as he begins kindergarten!
