Meet Diane Crosser... Diane received her Bachelor of Science degree in Holistic Nutrition at Clayton College of Natural Health graduating with Highest Honors! She has extensive knowledge of whole foods preparation and has had hands-on experience working in various café settings as a vegan/vegetarian chef, cooking macrobiotic and preparing uncooked raw and living foods. She teaches whole foods cooking classes and raw foods preparation, educating on the importance of greens in the daily diet. She offers individual instruction on nutrition and it’s impact on healing the body as well as menu planning and food combining to promote a well-balanced diet that is easy on the body to digest. Diane is also a certified Colon Hydrotherapist and received her certification with the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapists (I-ACT) in Juno Beach, Florida in the Spring of 2006. She runs her own Colon Hydrotherapy/Digestive Wellness practice, Waters of Life Colon Care, LLC, out of her home office in Rochester. She is also a member of the New England Seacoast Holistic Health Association. (NESHHA) Diane is married to Dr. Mark Crosser and they live on a quiet river setting in Rochester with their pets, Dharma their precious, golden/shepherd dog and Bear, their mischievous Maine coon cat. Diane enjoys kayaking, outdoor walks in the woods, spending time with family, gemstones, cooking and creating raw food dishes! She is an active participant at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church where she sings, plays tambourine, decorates for special events and cooks meals for the priests!
