From the North:
Route 16: Take exit 12, Turn left at the bottom of the ramp. (Route 125) Follow the road
to the fifth set of lights. Walgreens will be across the
intersection in front of you to the right. China Palace will be directly
to your right. Take a right at this intersection. Follow the
road past Frisbee Hospital on your left. Look for Rochester
Professional Park on your left. Come in the last entrance.
We are in the bottom unit.
Route 11:
Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16) South. Take exit 12, Turn left at the
bottom of the ramp. (Route 125) Follow the road to the fifth set of

From the South:
Take exit 11 off the Spaulding. At the bottom of the ramp take a left.
At the set of lights take a right. Go straight through 2 sets of
lights. At the next
set of lights Walgreens will be across the intersection to your right.
China Palace will be directly to your right. Take a right at this
intersection. Follow the road past Frisbee Hospital on your left.
Look for Rochester Professional Park on your left. Come in the
last entrance. We are in the bottom unit.
Please Note: When coming from Dover you
may also follow Route 108 north towards Rochester. Rochester
Professional Park will be on your right before you reach Frisbee
Hospital.
