Come join Diane and friends and learn about the amazing healing powers of GREEN Leafy Vegetables and how easy it is to incorporate them into your daily diet!! While sipping a delicious Green Smoothie, we'll discuss the healing powers of chlorophyll contained in vegetables such as collard, kale, swiss chard, spinach, mustard, and dandelion greens. We will also begin to explore the world of "Green Grass" Superfoods such as Wheatgrass and Chlorella. Come learn how easy it is to help your body heal through the foods nature provides!

In this lecture, we will delve deeper into the world of "Green Grass" Superfoods and also of various other Superfoods making their way into the US. We will discuss Spirulina, Chlorella, Blue Green Algae, and other various other grasses and powered grass drinks in addition to Goji Berries, Maca, Acai, Chia, and Hemp Seeds. All amazing foods to add to your daily smoothies!! The kids will love them too. Don't miss it!!
